Counseling Training and Employment of youth

Tribal youths who have completed their education or adolescents who left education in between & became laborers and youths who are doing unskilled works are provided life skills and efficient training based on livelihood. Every year a 7 days & 3 days program based on life skills namely Bulund Hausalon Ki Pehal (BHKP) is organized. After this program, youths decide their life goals & move forward in life. Along with this, unemployed youths are counseled for the various efficient training program and are connected with various training organizations for obtaining training. We also collaborate with the community for Social Security plan, residency, construction of toilets, scholarship, registration of laborers in Bhavan Nirmaan Board, and issuing various certificates.
